Do you want to manage a private hospital - the ' jewel in the crown' in this specialist surgical discipline?
Your role will be to lead and develop the hospital, provide senior nursing support, ensure targets are met and help to maintain the hospital's performance.

To take the Lead role for managing and leading the activities of the hospital, ensuring the provision of high quality care and treatment of service users through effective delivery of theatre services in compliance with internal company policies and all statutory and regulatory requirements.
To be the Registered Manager for the hospital taking responsibility for the provision of services at the hospital.
To provide senior nursing support and advice to all clinical areas within the Hospital
To provide leadership to, and co-ordination of the Hospital at Night team, and to coordinate the hospital handover focusing on, new admissions and admitted patients care needs.
Co-ordinate the Hospital’s Emergency Response Team to, Cardiac Arrests and other clinical emergencies, and to be responsible for the co-ordination and first line Management of
Major and Serious Incidents required.
Responsibility for the management of the elective admission processes, safe and appropriate patient management, and the achievement of related and reportable care targets.
Responsibility for ‘out of hours’ provision for the operational management of the Hospital.
Implementing Policies and Procedures as required and providing support and advice to colleagues to embed new working practices.
Ensuring that all clinical areas comply with the guidance for cleanliness, tidiness and that staff are taking suitable infection control precautions.
You will be responsible for dealing with first line, patient and relative complaints and reporting as well as making initial investigations of complaints, incidents,
'near misses'or serious untoward incidents and ensuring that immediate action plans are put in place to safely deal with the same.
To communicate effectively with Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) colleagues and any external agencies regarding clinical, managerial, and site issues.
To undertake a lead role, for site coordination of Clinical staff and Senior Managers in co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating clinical service, and safe patient management
services throughout the inpatient patient pathway.
To ensure Breast Registry entries are recorded in a timely and accurate manner
To ensure accurate recording of procedures and diagnostic coding as required.
Ensure all required patient assessments are undertaken and accurately recorded, including but not exclusively; Consent, VTE assessment.
Experienced Manager within a clinical customer orientated environment with excellent communication skills and an understanding of hospital operational planning and clinical management.
Experience in the management of a multi discipline Healthcare service organisation is essential.
